AT & Tai Chi

Refine your sensory appreciation through the addition of Alexander Technique principles to Tai Chi practices.

Balance, coordination, breathing, posture, movement, and flexibility are attentively highlighted during the class with the intention of benefiting your body awareness, health and well being.

Currently some 1:1 students are choosing to incorporate some Tai Chi into the Alexander Technique lessons. It is planned to start group classes in 2021 in Aldinga.
